What do I need to sell my car?

You should have the following handy:

  • VIN number or License Plate.
  • Proof of ownership.

How will I get paid?

Our towing professional will provide your cash payment in full at the time of pick-up once he/she has verified that the car’s conditions match your description! 


Do you service my area?

Most likely! Our services can be found throughout the United States*. 
We’ll do our absolute best to get to your location! (*excludes Hawaii and Alaska) 


Do I need to take my car anywhere?

As long as the vehicle is accessible by our towing professional, we will provide the towing service free of charge at the desired location. However, you may be able to receive a higher payment for your vehicle if you are able to bring it to one of our locations.

Who exactly is picking up my car?

We are partnered with renowned auto recycling companies that dispatch vetted tow truck drivers directly to you. You can rest assured that your vehicle and payment will be in safe hands.

When will my car be picked up?

Once you have accepted our offer, one of our towing partners will contact you to schedule a time that is most convenient for you. Depending on your region, you car could be gone within 48 hours.

Do I need to be present at the time of pick-up?

You (or someone you trust) will need to be present to receive the payment on the spot. Otherwise, unattended pick-ups will have to be arranged with our towing partners on a case by case basis.


Do I need to go to the DMV during this process?

Every state has different guidelines regarding car sales. If we encounter any problems with missing documentation, we will let you know exactly which forms to get from the DMV.


Do you sell car parts?

We don’t sell or supply car parts at this time.


Is my offer guaranteed?

Unlike our competitors, who will change their offers out of the blue, the offer you accept from us is the offer you will get as long as the car’s conditions match your description upon inspection.


Can I sell my car if I’m still paying it off?

No, all liens must be paid in full before we can make a fair offer on your vehicle.
